Size: Three-story apartment complex which also houses a counseling center, education center, classrooms and PromiseLand Early Childhood Education Center.  Two-story welcome center.  Two-story dining facility.  Total 93,000 sf.

Structure:  The apartment complex is framed with load-bearing concrete tilt-up walls, interior steel beams and columns and precast hollowcore planks.  The welcome center is framed with load-bearing concrete tilt-up walls, interior steel beams, columns, concrete on metal floor deck and joists, with bar joist roof and deck framing.  The dining facility is framed with load bearing masonry walls and bar joist roof and deck framing.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
