Size: 74,000 sf boat storage facility and 18,000 sf Clubhouse

Structure:  Boat storage facility superstructure is a pre-engineered metal building.  The project structural scope included designing the pile and grade beam foundations for both buildings, the post-tension drive slab at the boat storage facility, the mildly reinforced concrete slab at the service area and the mildly reinforced concrete apron slab at the exterior of the building.  The Clubhouse was designed with load bearing masonry walls, concrete beams and columns, precast hollowcore planks and pre-engineered wood roof trusses.  Ground floor non-load bearing walls constructed as breakaway walls as required since this building is located in a FEMA Zone-V.
