Location: 11 locations throughout Florida (Including the Largo – Missouri Ave location and Signature Club Tampa)
Size: 33,000 sf to 58,000 sf
Structure: Load-bearing tilt-up concrete walls with structural steel beams, bar joist and metal deck roof system. Clubs with mezzanines are framed with concrete on composite metal deck and composite steel beams.
Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project. Project designed while employed at former company.
