Size: Three combined buildings for total 356,000 sf

Structure: One-story Rolls Royce/Bentley sales building with bar joist roof and load bearing masonry walls.  Two-story Porsche sales building with concrete filled metal deck and bar joist mezzanine, load bearing masonry exterior walls, interior steel columns and bar joist roof.  Both buildings bar on spread footing foundations.  Six-level pre-engineered precast concrete parking garage with spread footing foundations bearing on densified soils by vibro-replacement stone columns.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
