Size:  22,400 sf renovation to the existing two-story residence

Scope:  Designed new structural supports and reinforced existing structure for new floor openings, wall openings, new enclosures, elevator lifts,removal of walls and new mechanical equipment on the roof.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
