Size: One single-story and one two-story building for a 8,500 sf total

Structure: Load-bearing exterior concrete precast panels, interior steel columns, elevated floor framed with concrete on metal deck bearing on bar joists and steel beams and roof framed with bar joist roof and metal roof deck.

Service: HSI Engineering’s president was the Structural Engineer of Record for this project.  Project designed while employed at former company.
